In the Orchard

In the spring of 2018, not long after our first recording session at the Sugar Shack, we headed to Twin Pines Orchards to take what would become the album cover of All In Good Time.

Twin Pines is my family's orchard, and where I grew up. I had wanted to take band photos during the blossoms for years but we had never been able to make it work. There is a pretty short window of time that the trees are blossoming so once they begin it’s get your butt there or miss them. Jared and Anton would be coming from Toronto and bringing Oleh (the photographer) with them. Each day I’d call the farm and check on the progress and let the boys know.

When the time came,  Jared, Anton, and Oleh made their way to the orchard. Oleh decided that pictures would look the best if taken at sunrise. So at an ungodly hour the next morning we suited up and wandered into the orchard as the sun began to peak over the trees. Here are some behind the scenes shots of some very tired people.

Thanks again to Oleh Bozhyk for the amazing photography taken for All In Good Time.
